I want to get me and my 10 year old boy a good hybrid bike.
I might be willing to trade a gun or guns,or Summit tree stand for the right pair. Not something 25 years old that you dug out of the barn though. Ya'll got any possibilities?
I don't need a mountain anymore just something that can do easy trails, dirt roads and pavement. I looked at a Trek Dual Sport 2 which is about what I am looking for,or similar. It doesn't have to have suspension but could be a plus.
For trade bait I have a 1 year old Summit Titan and possibly a Kahr P-380-or CZ 452 Ultralux 22lr. Maybe some other goodies for good bikes or bike.
If you have a $700 Trek DS2 I have high end stuff too. Won't trade gun for old bikes that need stuff though. I don't need a project.
Might have rods and reels for good bikes that need something. Limited amounts of $$$, though some might be possible on a good trade.

Wish you were looking for a road bike. I have a large Giant TCR (carbon fiber) with Shimano 105 I am fixing to sell.

Wish you had asked a few years ago. Got a specialized rock hopper but it's been under a shed for several years. Probably needs tubes or tires by now.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

I sent you a pm. I'm not looking for much for this thing as it needs a part or two and maybe tires/tubes. It was a good bike but the boy upgraded. I'll take some pics if you want and find out the model it was made by Schwinn. I hear you about not needing a project but I'd say this one is not a project. IT will need tires and tube and the one part. But it ain't as bad as it sounds. It has the front and back tire removed and that is it.
