Bear meat is great if you know how to cook it. If I had to guess you would need to soak it salt water for at least a week to get the games taste out. Then marinate it in zesty Italian dressing for at least 2 days. You cook it the same way as carp, put it in a baking pan, pack horse chit around it and slow bake it for 8 hours. When done throw away the meat and eat the chit
