My grinder is a Hobart 4812 countertop model with 110v. Price of a new one is ridiculous but you can find deals on used grinders. Found mine on Craigslist for $800. Grinds a whole deboned deer in about 10 minutes. It should last a lifetime.

I use an old oster food processeor, work fine. when I cut a deer the goal is to get as little hamburger meat as possible. deer burger in my opinion is not as versatile as beef. it sometimes makes good meatballs but it has never made good sloppy joes.
