A rotary dial phone hanging on the wall. Most kids have never seen one or a payphone. You're right. One of the eye charts I use for children not old enough to read letters has pictures like a hand, jeep, horse, birthday cake, ect. and also a desk top rotary phone. I just skip that one. I'm lucky if their parents even know what it is. Dr. B
