If you think deer don't get edumacated about shooting houses throughout the year, you're wrong. I've seen it... a deer steps to the edge of a food plot and stops and stares at the shooting house. If the hunter is young or careless or doesn't see the deer and the hunter moves to adjust his/her hat, the hunt is over.

Set the SH on the SE side of the food plot (but ya have to have some SH's to hunt on a S, SE, NE or E wind) and try like hell to leave the SH undetected!!! So many hunters start shinning their flashlights out in the food plot to see deer.

Enter and leave the SH without the deer knowing you're there. Closed and airtight SH's are great!!!
