This is just my opinion!! But it’s also what I know and not what I heard, so take it for what you want. It won’t hurt a thing, I’d shoot a slug and some 000 buck through that .410. See which one is accurate at the longest range. Only down fall to slugs is that may not be accurate. I’ve shot hundreds of rounds of buckshot through my turkey choke on a Stoeger 2000, and it patterns turkey loads just fine, your not gonna “shoot the choke out” with lead shot. Your pushing lead out of steel, you’ll be just fine. It’s not gonna explode or nothing like that. Sounds good to me. I figured id ask and see if anyone had any horror stories. It must be a myth. I hope!
