Fur,you just have to listen to your body and make sure you are getting good nutrition whatever your diet.I adjusted mine with more green vegetables and a few beans and recently some toasted oats. It seems I have gained a few pounds like maybe 4-6 but I nearly had a heat stroke a couple weeks ago and have only now got back to riding as far on my bike as before. I didn't work out or ride for a week cause I was too weak after the episode. I'm getting back to lower carbs now to adjust these few pounds but I feel that a reset,so to speak isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I mean I know what I can eat to drop pounds fast but I also think that the healthiest diet will consist of the most variety of different natural and healthy foods as unprocessed as possible and as organic as possible. That's why I sort of go through cycles of different foods. Sometimes I won't eat dairy for a week. Sometimes I won't eat any meat for 4-7 days. Sometimes I eat lots of meat and few vegetables. I try to vary my diet as much as possible while doing my daily 16 hour fast with a 24 thrown in if I need to drop a few pounds and get back to very low carbs for a week or two to get back on target.

Anyway, that has been my strategy so far. Keep an eye on your body Fur. The goal is getting healthy, not losing weight as fast as possible.
