Timely thread. A Chinook flew over the shop yesterday it flew directly over my head. As I saw it approaching the only thought that occurred to me was, “there’s people who think we could stand against the government if they decided to take our guns.”
I got some good stuff but I don’t own an Apache, a Chinook or a tank people with rusty AK's living in mud houses and grass huts have caused a lot of trouble for us over the years I would never assume that the majority of LEOs or military would be on the side of a government that would attempt a coup d'état of this magnitude. Not yet, anyway. I think there would be a surprising number that would. I've mentioned before in similar threads, I personally know more than a few current/retired Military/LEO that think you should only be allowed to have guns if you have a military/LEO background. They don't like the "average joe" having access to guns.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars
2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement
3. Taxation Is Theft
