I have high BP. I am a tad overweight but not terrible. When I was diagnosed with it, the dr told me that I needed to exercise more. I had just run like 7 miles the day before (I was training for a half marathon). We talked about that and he put me on a very light dosage of lisinopril. Great blood pressure now. And I still run Same here, minus the running
