2 things
#1 you should get a home blood pressure and test, mine always runs higher at the dr.
#2 high bp isnt something to take lightly. My mother got frusterated with hers and quit taking her meds due to side affects. She ended up with complete renal failure in a year or two and was on dialysis till she died 8 years later.
