I take it she checks blood pressure at home with a good instrument? I ask because we have a guy here at work that has (self diagnosed), white coat syndrome. He swears his bp is good until he sits down with the nurse/dr for them to check it...and it don't help that they start asking him questions. We joke about it all the time, when i know it could be serious. She checks it 2-4 times a day with a good machine or nurse friends. Keeps good records too.
