Anyone here use them. I know a club that uses them and likes them. Says prices are historically great. Anyway, opinions? Also where in Montgomery do most use for seed or corn. Farm supply on 31 by the back of Maxwell is $320 a to. For bagged corn. Seemed high after seeing Smith’s price.

Don't blame me for your bad decision-

I've had an account at Casey's for over 10 years. Great people with the best prices. Ordered all my seed and fertilizer several weeks ago and will pick it all up 10-2-19. They'll have everything ready to go, back in and load with a fork lift and gone.

I have several sources down my way that are better for corn. Most years $180 to $200 for a ton. Pm me if you want some numbers

That’s where I’ve bought my stuff the last few years. Casey’s is just too far out of my way

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

We buy all of our feed and fertilizer from Casey's for our place in Lowndes County. Great folks to deal with.

I’ve heard the same from others. Thanks for confirming. They aren’t far from work so thought I’d at least get a price list from them.

Been using Farmers Feed on E. Fleming for years. They are good people. Have also gotten feed from Casey’s for our cows a few times. Don’t think you could go wrong with either one.

How many barrels does it take to hold a ton of corn?

Depending on the corn, you can put about 300 to 320 pounds of corn in a 55 gallon barrel.

Depends on the corn but yesterday it was about 360 lbs and 5 and half drums. Plan on needing a 6th drum

Gotcha. Now I need 6 barrels. I’d use my super sacks but I wanna store it under the tractor shed and it won’t last in a sack
