I finished one property between rain yesterday with W/O/R three way mix and will plant the last one this weekend with the same. Ive always had good luck planting last week of October - the latest i've planted is the day after thanksgiving and those plots looked good by Christmas.

Nothing wrong with that at all. I planted BFO and 3 way Monday afternoon and put about 250 pounds of 13-13-13 on it. It rained all day yesterday and drizzled all night last night and this morning so my timing was perfect. Once that gets a couple inches tall I plant to go spread some turnips, rape, crimson clover and winter peas to see how it does.

Why didn't you plant everything at the same time? Top seeded winter peas will make excellent crow/turkey feed
