I know it’s there and it bugs me. I sleep better at night knowing I don’t have it put there. I’m probably crazy but it is what it is. If your like me you hate having to deal with it at all. I paid off a lawn mower recently after having it financed at 0% over a 4 year term. I had it on the books around 10 months. It’s gone and I’m glad. Lots of equipment can be financed 0% for X years. Why pay for it then? I’ve told people that for years. If you are getting 0% why do you feel the need to pay it off quickly? Autopay...what is there to deal with? The money elves move the funds each month and there is zero effort or labor required on your part.
