Very Nice! congrats.

Is it not crazy how it works out sometimes? One day you can blink your eyes wrong and every deer in the county disappears, and another you can shoot up the woods and a stud like that just walks out like nothing has happened. CRAZY!

I am not happy with the performance. Look at that buck. No pass thru. There was no pass thru on one of the does. All of the deer ran, not far, but they ran (50, 30, 20 yards). I like a pass thru and a good blood trail.

What grain? I've been using them in all my rifles for 5 or so years probably killed 25 deer with them and only had one not exit out of 7mm08 on a 240lb buck at point blank range on a shoulder shot. Stay away from the hornady American whitetails they are about the most piss poor bullet I've ever used very inconsistent I shot a 165lb buck yesterday thru the shoulders and had a pencil size entrance and exit hole didn't bleed until he was in the truck and that was out of his mouth. Shot another buck thru the shoulders this morning and he toted it early 100 yards out of a 7mag. Had a dime size exit hole with very little blood luckily I saw him crash.

Congrats on the deer that's a hell of a buck

We will burn that bridge when we get there

150gr 7mag

I don't know why I didn't get exits on them.

I’ve had very mixed results with those as well.
