Well, the OP was asking a question, not painting with brushes. Some of the folks who replied did though. Some made it clear most in the profession are good people.
But, yes this asshole lives in Hoover I already commented once that every time I had timber cut I had no problem with fixed position ladder stands being damaged or stolen. The patch I just cut had one ladder stand in the woods that I forgot to put red flagging tape around it - and the log crew saw it anyways and went around it no problem. They were a was a really good crew. Even got them to use their skidder to carefully brush the logging debris out some food plots where they were through cutting so I could plant them in front of that early October tropical storm rain we got. And the skidder operator who did it was actually proud that it allowed me to get some planting done - especially when he saw how fast it came up. He kept saying "I was the one who brushed it out!!"
