pretty cheap price Clem, that land is loaded with deer and turkey I thought it was pretty cheap, too, for what's there and to be close. Not like they have to drive 4 hours to property and find gates destroyed or clubhouse burned. Makes you wonder why the Water board didn't take bids and get what the market says it's worth. Just kidding. I'm not wondering. The guy obviously has the "right" connections. No doubt. That property would easily lease for 3-5 times that. What a area to guide bow and turkey hunts?
