I don’t fist bump grown men. I ran into a guy that I graduated with the other day who tried to fist bump and I stood there with my hand open to shake his. He finally gave in to my handshake. Some of the younger kids that I run into at church or at the ballpark I might fist bump.

What’s your thoughts on this?

What that pic also doesn't show is the type where someone reaches out with their hand horizontally (i.e. "I'm above you"). I'm afraid the meaning of a handshake is going to the wayside in future generations.

When I'm at trade shows we bump fists or don't even shake. Too many germs.

Someone thinks that's bad, wrong, ghey, unmanly or anything else, tough crap. I can talk business with someone and trust them without having to get 13 viruses and be sick for a week.

Are you kidding? Seriously do you know how many viruses and how much bacteria you are exposed to daily?

The only guy I can accept a limp wristed handshake from is my dentist. That guy is soft and gentle thank goodness.

I'm a firm believer of firm handshakes. On a deal or just to shake a friends hand to say hello or maybe goodbye. Congratulations. Well done. Thank you.

Grabbing fingers is ghey. Asking for a reshake is just weird.

I've had MO-FO's give me the finger grab before I could make final Contact in a REAL handshake....always thought I was just being too slow.... Now this has brought new light to things....THEY were trying to be dominant A-HOLES!! And don't EVER...EVER trust a person who doesn't like Dogs....there's got to be something wrong with them!!!!

The guy was bigger than me and as many folks know, I am not a large guy. I do have strong-enough hands from digging for 30 years, but certainly not monster paws. I just give a regular firm handshake. You could have heard the crackle of his knuckles from 100ft. It was weird.

My Daddy wasn't a BIG Man....about 5'-11" and 185. But.....His forearms and hands were HUGE.....looked like Popeye....and a GRIP....OMG!!!! I believe he could have Crushed an un-opened Beer Can and make the contents Burst out the End!! I got a pretty good percentage of that hand strength passed down to Me.....Wish I had gotten a little more of His Man-ROOT size....He had to lean back when he took a leak to keep from falling over.....Looked like a Damn Baby's Arm Holdin' an Apple!!

If you shake my hand, you'll know you shook someones hand when it's over. I don't try to break hands, I just give a good firm shake.

I DO NOT shake hands when I'm sitting in a restaurant. If I'm eating and you stick out your hand to shake, I'll either tell you I'm eating and don't want your germs or give you a fist bump.

And I never shake a mans hand that comes out of a restroom with dry hands. I never completely dry my hands in a restroom for that reason. If I come out of the restroom at the shop and shake someones hand, which happens often, I want them to know I washed my hands before leaving the restrooms.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
