Flight transponders and radar signatures should make it impossible to mistake an airliner for a cruise missile.
Iran is not a dirt poor 3rd country, they have ATC technology as good as ours. This whole story is fiction.

That plane was outbound not inbound. It could never be mistaken for anything but a passenger plane. Why was it allowed to take off during a missle attack?
I still say there was someone on that plane that the Iranians didn't want to leave that country alive. Killed them all to hit their one target.

They admitted that they shot it down last night. They blamed it on a junior officer that thought it was an incoming missile. First that plane was probably outbound and climbing. Two things incoming missiles do.

So a country that "accidentally" shoots down a civilian passenger plane, killing every soul on board, wants unrestricted access to/possession of nuclear weapons. Yeah, that's probably OK.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Sounds like the citizens over there are protesting to overthrow their govt. I thought the media was saying they loved their govt and hated trump for killing the thug. I bet the media is not covering the protest now. I am sure their sticks and rocks will get it done. There will be many dead protestors.

But after watching Chernobyl, it's terrifying to think, these folks are building a nuclear reactor. I cant remember the movie name but was a Vin Diesel movie. Anyway...they had scene where they had to take a radiation shielded train ride over a giant nuclear bomb crater in Iran. Apparently, it was cause they blew themselves up. Anyway, I always find it interesting when hollywood predicts such things. And I suspect Iran may have such an accident because they are in a rush and will make really bad short-cuts.
