I'll draw the line at 40 yards with my bow, but I reckon my ethics are somewhat shady when it comes turkey season. I'll soften him up at 65 yards, while running as fast as an old man can get moving, knock him down at 50 yards and close the deal at 40.

It's just a conspiracy to weed us out b4 aldeer kicks everybodies butts in the contest.

If I'm going to shoot birds at 40 yards I want to know what it will do at 50 yards. I misjudge distance sometimes. I go on OG at times but this forum is much better.

I got this message from Bird at old gobbler today. So some members were complaining and he did not like either. Sent me a personal message along the same lines. He also deleled the post on the patterning section. Over there I go by chubbyone.

You need to go over there and ask what the best .22 cartridge is for 50 yard shots.

Now we also know when people run to other sites and feel compelled to bitch and complain about OG just because they may disagree with our policies or ideologies. Look at the bottom of the website page at any given time during the day. Those people you see logged on are here to read about pheasant or deer hunting. They're here to talk turkey! We are one of the largest if not the largest turkey hunting website forums on the Internet. We have many very loyal and caring members scattered all over the Internet and they do share with us what some of you may say be it negative or positive on other sites. How would you react if you found out that you had a friend talking bad about you to some of you neighbors. It wouldnt bode well for that friend now would it! So just remember that what you say somewhere else can come back to bite you in the backside.

So again... You didn't loose your member because of showing long shot patterns. You lost him for disrespecting Shannon in a PM.
