I guess I missed. No blood, no sign. Sucks

yearling bedded down 30 yards from me but finally both of them eased back into the thick pines behind me. At 10:35 a doe comes back through waking kinda stiff legged and not feeding. Couldn't tell if she was being pushed or just nervous about something. She crossed the hardwood strip and into the pine thicket on the opposite side. 2 or 3 minutes later a small racked buck came by on her trail. Looked young. Had a 3 or 4pt rack on one side and a forked rack on the other side. He followed her trail up into the pines and that was it. I hung around another 20 minutes to see if anything else was cold trailing her but didn't see anything.

Was a good morning. Shot some woodies and saw some deer. I've had worst days! Debating on this afternoon...

Just hiked to bench below mnt.top that's a 6yr old cut with hardwoods surrounding it ive killed 3 bucks on 6 hunts the past 3 years here I've got good wind

Set up on the intersection of 2 old logging roads. 3 old scrapes and a little bit of corn was scattered 2 days ago. Got my bow in hand hoping for a doe then I can bust out the rifle and concentrate on bucks the next couple days.

Have not had any luck with the K9s today. Missed the yote this morning and neighbors beagle shitting in my field when I got here this afternoon.....

1.5 hours back in the stand in bama and got a doe down with my bow. Watched her fall she maybe made it 50 yards
That makes 11 years in a row with my bow.

Saw about 15 does and little ones, a spike and a jacked up lopsided racked young buck that was harassing everything in the field. Causing major disturbance to the gang. If he keeps it up, he might turn to burger if a big boy doesn't straighten him out
