It may be rough for you men to live with us hot flashing women, but y’all don’t have a clue what it literally feels like with these crazy hormones.🤦🏻‍♀️ Yeah, you live with it, but it’s crazy when in a matter of seconds a lady can feel like an inferno of fire.🔥🥵 Just try to be more understanding because it’s not something we choose! My wife and I took to separate bedrooms after "the change" and it was the smartest thing we ever did.
Now when she gets "the urge" we meet up in one room, but we get along just fine because neither one of us can blame the other for our discomfort. 👍

I like it cool when I sleep but since my wife started this crap she will leave the windows open in our bedroom. First time in my life i am using a electric blanket.

Woke up the other morning and it was 43* in my bedroom. I had brought the patio thermometer inside to see what it was.

Been going on far far too long. About 8 years

My wife isn't even going through menopause yet and she does some of what yall mention. It can be in the 20's outside and our bedroom window on her side will be opened about 6 inches. I'm bundled up to the point you can't even see me in the bed with a sheet, comforter and thick down comforter on top of that and still get cold sometimes.

my wife says she hates cold, wouldn't go on an Alaskan fishing trip. Yet, my house stays a numbing sub 60 unless I turn the temp up. Most days you could hang and age meat in the house.

For those of you who have wives going through it there's hope. When they get on the other side of it, their doctor may suggest hormone replacement. If so, see if you can get them to go with BioTE. My wife is on that. I'll try to be tactful. Let's just say that there's a whole lot of marital bliss.

My wife hates the cold but when her thyroid meds gets out of wack she is hell on two legs! I call it her anti-bitch medication! She does get hot flashes !
