Sounds good to me. Hot flashes may get my wife back to a normal temp. She runs the heater in her car, and office in the summer.

When we were younger, she got cold and I stayed hot.
Now she stays hot and I stay cold. She’s pretty much finished with menopause. But takes thyroid meds.
And the CPAP means I enter suspended animation each night and my biological processes slow way, way down.
