Thankful that you are ok! I've had a couple of compression fractures, and they are very painful. I made a full recovery from mine and pray you will do the same.
I don't like the looks of that cable and would find a different kind to use.

Got an appointment at the spine clinic in the morning. They can do the cement thing. I just don’t want no cutting. Yall send one up for a good report. I had a practically pain-free morning but it’s flaring up a little. Today by far the best day I’ve had since it happened.
