I thought I was pretty learned on IDing different drugs in my career through sight and/or smell but I admit that I have never smelled PCP before. Seen it and been around it, but never smelled it.
In most cases of officer involved shootings I can usually come up with a reasonable and justifiable possible explanation for an officer's actions. This one I can't.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
