For the drone, I'd recommend Billy Green.
I'd contact the helicopter pilot for Tuscaloosa. I'm not sure if he is a officer or deputy with the SO. I know he couldn't do it for his profit, but since they have to log so many hours anyways, he might do you a favor.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Edward Todd, Todd Media. I know he does a ton of aerial photography for construction projects etc. He uses a Cesna.
