Deer tips and gravy over rice, broccoli, green beans.

Fried cubed steak, sautĂ©ed asparagus in garlic and butter, and Brussels sprouts in teriyaki sauce. I donât know about anyone else but that sounds like the absolute best dinner I could think of. I can absolutely hurt myself on asparagus and Brussels sprouts!! You and me both. I can eat my weight in them both. You can add one more to the list. I may prefer a Porter House, but fried Cube Steak would be right up there close. Grilled or sauteed Asparagus and Brussels Sprouts are tops in the veggie dept. The wife even sautees the Brussels Sprouts sometimes.

We're down to meager rations here at Camp Little Ridge. Struggle meals... I dug in the fridge and pulled out some leftover lasagna sauce, a pint of home canned ratatouille, some Parmesan, some leftover noodles from a few nights ago, a half a quart of ricotta, some mozzarella cheese, an egg and some milk. Hmmm... What to make? So I made a pasta bake similar to a lasagna, but with rotini noodles. Turned out pretty good. ![[Linked Image]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49691877243_2477b7d78a_h.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49692416111_0ef0d51921_h.jpg) And we have 4 servings left for lunches for the next couple of days. My wife makes pretty much the same exact thing. I think she calls it a lasagna bake or something. Whatever it is, itâs dang good.
