They have had a rough time in Mississippi. The ole boy from Mississippi got one in the previous episode. Just about had back to back misses. I've perfected my mullet over the past several years and my hair comes about halfway down my back. Never had an issue at any job interviews although I guess that could change. As a matter of fact, the hair has been a real icebreaker, they usually say "Hey has anyone ever told you that you look like Billy Ray Cyrus?"
