Not all school district are in the same position throughout the state. Some district most kids have internet. In other half of the kids dont eat without a school lunch.
They are not all going to be equal with providing the same resources. I predict that Mountain Brook will do OK. Bullock County? maybe not... add Wilcox, Washington, Pickens, Marengo, Dallas. Clarke, Coffee, Crenshaw, Lowndes, Houston, Henry, Butler, etc...to that list
