Have you bothered to find the rules from all the other places that have already issued the order? It basically says "You can't go anywhere, unless you fall under one or more of the 37 exceptions listed." Grocery Shopping and going to get some form of "outdoor exercise" have consistently been included.
LEO: "Sir, where are you headed"
Me: "going hiking" [even though it's not really any of your business]
LEO: "in camo? with a gun"

From a lawyer friend: "Shelter In Place Orders vary from State to State. Most are not exactly alike." To your point, it will likely have a list of which grocery shopping will likely be on there. So, I should be good, right??

But, in the places that it has happened, the exceptions have been more-or-less the same. I would guess ours, while maybe not exactly the same, would be similar.

The rules vary from state to state but several have excluded hunting and fishing from being banned and consider them to be except.

The shelter in place is a soft effort to reduce public traffic. Too many exceptions for it to make a difference however. Be smart, maintain distance between you and others and have fun. Getting outdoors will reap plenty of benefits at a time like this.
Been here long enough to go from "bring 'da pain" to " bring 'da pain meds.
