From what I understand from my brother who is an ER doctor and also is now an "assumed" positive, there's no way you could hide it anyway. Is he still working? Or at home quarantined? He's home quarantined. He's in Oklahoma City. He said that they don't test the staff right away because if they started testing them everyone would come back positive and they wouldn't have any staff! I don't know how much of that is him kind of joking or being serious, but I guess it makes sense. He's taking his temp every hour and if it gets worse is supposed to call back to work.
