Think he's done been charged for murder
Yes he has. Which is possibly a problem since the prosecution will have to prove that he intended for the man to die. That will be hard to prove and is a reason why getting all the information is critical otherwise the murder charge may work against the prosecution. Patience in these cases seems to be the best policy to make sure charges are accurate and obtainable.
