Yep. I’ve never understood why people that make a living off of the general public supporting their type of entertainment will so easily dig his own financial grave with their own ignorance.

What the city has is a progressive major implementing social justice. I watched him carefully choose his words last night. The best that he could come up with was calling the rioters “pirates.” He didn’t call them criminals, arsonists, robbers, thieves, anarchists, vandals or looters. He sounded like a guy lecturing a couple of 12 years old’s that stayed out too late on a Saturday night. The police stood by and watched at his order while private businesses we burned and vandalized. I guess, he was nervous someone might video a policeman man handling one of these little punks and enforcing the law. I was really disappointing to see the police drive endlessly around the city with blue lights on like it was a parade. History has shown what the outcomes are for leaders that are pacifists in their leadership in dealing with violent people. I’m sure they will be back for more next time. Why not? No one stopped them.

On a somewhat related topic, crook that he was, Larry Langford supported law enforcement. I met him several times and he was great, or at least he spoke the part. Then again, I didn't live in B'ham either so take it for what it's worth.
