Now we’ve done it! I’ve not been on a 130 fight in about 11 years. I’m calling tomorrow to get on a low level training flight. First time to be a passenger and not a qualified crew member but I’ve been wanting to go. That ugly plane has taken me around the world and back more that a few times. I sure miss her!

Disclaimer. I’ve been flying something else for 11 years now and that is soon to end.

KC-135 and two F-16s probably from the 117th Air Refueling Wing out of Birmingham and the 187th Fighter Wing out of Montgomery. Often times they try to use local units and will introduce the crews at halftime if it can be worked out logistically.

That was probably a lot harder than it looked. I suspect the KC-135 was at max power and the F-16s were almost at idle and lit the afterburners over the stadium.
