I wondered the same thing, then thought about places with multi lane ramps. I try to fish based on low traffic times and very rarely use a multi lane ramp. I can see where backing beside someone would be tough. Thats, why I asked the question I did above. I can see where backing down a multi lane ramp and someone had there lights on would be aggravating, Most of the places I launch are single ramps and if my lights are an issue then, the driver and possibly his/her insurance are gonna have a bigger problem than my headlights.

I used to eat lunch at Howtons a lot. Nothing like sipping cold ice tea watching idiots launch a few feet away in the heat. My favorite was watching a fella talk his wife into backing down, then yelling at her the whole time. LOL
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
