Yep....that was a big BOOM. Early reports are that it was a "fireworks warehouse".............I'm skeptical. I've seen videos of other fireworks explosions and they always seem a lot different.

Lebanon has been teeter tottering on more sectarian conflict lately.
And they have huge economic problems, Iranian influence, spillage from the Syrian civil war.......it is like a powder keg.

Some of those Lebanese women are pretty hot though.

Hmmm are they still happening in Iran?

I saw the Video earlier. Based on the blast wave leveling buildings I'm going to say it probably wasn't a stash of black powder.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Came here to ask if anyone had seen it? That was a big boom.

I am no explosives expert, but dont think that was a roman candle storage facility.

Mark my words, Iran was running missles and explosives into that port and supplying Hezbollah. Hezbollah has been running that mouth lately and you can pretty much bet that Isreal just took out the main storage facility this morning. Benji dont play and that aint just a fireworks type explosion.

Piss on Beirut. I’ll never forget the 241 service members that died there in 1983.

Either I've never been able to see the type of fireworks that they're making in Beirut or that wasn't just fireworks.

They're now saying it was a warehouse full of sodium nitrate confiscated from a container ship several weeks ago and being stored in a warehouse in the port......no word yet on what (or who?) set it off. They are reporting the port of Beruit has been completely destroyed and is on the verge of phsyically collapsing.

Yep
Just watched the video and that was without a doubt a Black Cat fireworks stand that was ignited by a cigarette ember
