The cop did not kill him. He died from an overdose. The released video that was leaked to a foreign press, not the US press, shows him having problems long before being put on the ground. That is why the ambulance arrived so quickly.

Those cops are not going to be found guilty.

1) Liberals either wake up and realize that they have been USED by the media (Useful Idiots)
2) Riot when the cops are let go

You can't put toothpaste back in the tube. Video could come out today of Floyd murdering someone in the street 5 minutes prior to his arrest, and it wouldn't change the narrative. I still believe the officer acted inappropriately but making Floyd some innocent martyr is just being intellectually dishonest.

This officer will have to take a plea deal because 90% of America and even people on this site have called him a murderer for months. Likely that jurors did the same and I doubt jurors want to cause more civil unrest. Sad part is officer will never get a fair trial and the prosecuters overcharged without getting all the info again so now they will beg for a plea deal.

I don't believe he's dead.

He had two times the lethal amount of fentynal in his system is my understanding.

Video does not look good for the prosecutors case. We are assuming theres some justice left in this country. That is a big assumption.

#2 Riots will happen no matter the outcome. The cops will not be found guilty of 2nd Murder, at most a Manslaughter conviction. The BLM animals will riot because they want blood. If the dumbarse DA digs in for a M2 conviction and they are acquitted, all Hell is gonna break loose again.

All they need is a good lawyer, and they will never see a court room. Lack of physical non bias evidence. They can always say they will not get a fair trial , due to the media, and riot's. They could asked for a judge trial, and asked that it's a closed court. That's is just the tip of what they could do. The state has a big problem now, it's called a drug screen, that has 3 different illegal drugs in his system, with no broke bone's in the throat area. I could go on , and on. I do think that they all need more training, and some need to go period. I hate a dirty cop, or one with a chip on there shoulder, but they do see the worst, and best out of people.

6-8 months ago, I would have agreed with you. But we live in Bizarro World now....and in Bizarro World, I'm not sure a good lawyer will make a difference because common sense and rational thought have been thrown out the window, and have been replaced with "MuH fEeLiNgS!!"

I fully support LEO's, usually past the point of making sense, but, after watching that video those particular officers did a few things that unnecessarily escalated things and could have avoided the whole situation.

1. The officer who immediately drew his weapon at the beginning of the stop. Right there put everyone involved on high alert. Not sure I saw anything deeming that necessary.

2. It's obvious from the very beginning that Floyd is terrified and not in his right mind (crying, states he just lost his mom, terrified of being shot by police). At this point before you pull him out of the car by yourself wait for back up to arrive and just try to calm everyone down.

3. Never heard the cause for the stop. Also why were the bystanders asked to show their ID? Why was he put into cuffs? Again I support LEOs to the "T" but you can't escalate a situation and terrify a suspect then arrest them for resisting because they aren't following your orders when they're under immense stress at the end of a gun. That's a government state none of us want to live under.

I agree with everyone else that not all the officers should be charged or even fired for that matter. The a$$hole who kept his knee on his neck should have been fired and charged with something. Not sure what because in my opinion there will never be a non-biased medical report. But you'll never convince me that if he did not place his knee on his neck at all that Floyd would not be alive today because I think he would.

According to the evidence, the officers should be aquitted of the murder charge. Maybe convicted on excessive use of force. If yall remember LA the day after the rodney king beating trial, thats what itll look like if they get aquitted of the murder charge. I imagine the just us system will make these ole boys take one for the team.

Its been on the news pretty regular, as well as the bodycam footage showing him resisting all along and hollaring he cant breathe while he was in the car and asking to be put on the ground.

Don’t matter one way or t’other. SSDD from the domestic terrorists until the domestic defenders take them down. Until ANTIFA is forcefully dealt with at a grass roots level all of the crap will continue. Because they aren’t going to stop till they win or die.
