My 18K sq ft. is currently being done for $5100. That also includes some minor repairs replacing replacing toilets and some sinks and a vanity. an 18,000 sq ft house.....dang, you can't hide money. Wonder how many toilets are in a 18,000 sq ft house? I'd have trouble just replacing the toilets in that house, let alone paint it.  God Bless, David B.
