Selkirk mountain in WA Between there and Canada is nothing as far as the eye can see except timber and probably Bigfoot , DB Cooper and few other unknowns My place would be on the other side the Selkirk mountains. Northern Idaho at the Canadian border. I think they called it Saddle Pass. It was north of Bonner’s Ferry Idaho.

Can only imagine how awesome that view is. The night sky in Western Iraq was amazing too. It was so clear you could see constellations that are rarely visible in North America. Sometimes I would watch the sky for hours and almost forget that I was in hell.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Saw a helicopter a couple times. Guide said they look for forest fires. We flew as far as we could. Then drove as far as we could. Then took a 2 hour boat ride.
