I can't figure out how the hell he walked around the car and opened the door without a single cop taking him to the ground. Pulling your gun and shouting doesn't work, take him to the ground. looked like a bunch of pussies to scared to get physical.

If I understood it correctly, they were hitting him with tazer as he was walking around the vehicle.

I hope there is good body cam footage showing exactly what happened before the cell video started on the other side of that car (that we can’t see
and don’t know about), and what happened on the other side of that door (that we can’t see and don’t know about). The footage we can see now is just weird and I can’t figure out exactly what the parties were doing. It looks to me like the cop felt compelled to pull his weapon and then was surprised/baffled when the dude just walked off toward the car door and didn’t have enough personal wherewithal to resolve it before he got there and (potentially) reached for his own weapon. Easy to arm chair QB this one. Like everyone has said: obey the police, problem solved 99.9% of the time.

If you watch real close at the beginning, you can see him and a cop or two pop up from behind the car. I wonder if they had him down and he broke free. Watch it again. Now I do agree, they should have been able to take him down.

This. Too many guys are scared for whatever reason to go hands-on with someone nowadays. A good take down would’ve ended it without him ever making it to the door. There are facts that we don’t know about yet so maybe there’s something that can clean this up a little.

Ben Shapiro had a pretty clear video of him as he crossed the front of the car. Clearly shows He was carrying a knife and according to Shapiro that is why the cops didn’t attempt to take him down. He got shot because according to Shapiro, he’d told the cops he was going to get a gun from his vehicle.
