Pretty close to accurate Gomer. However, you forgot the screen shot photo of him having a knife clutched in his hand as he walks away from the cops and across the front of the car heading towards his car (photo courtesty of Ben Shapiro) . Oh yeah, and it was also reported on multiple sites that he told the cops as he was walking away from the scuffle that he was going to get his gun.
I'd heard about him supposedly claiming he was getting a gun, but the reports on that are "iffy", so I figured I'd leave that out. The stuff that appears to be pretty cut & dry seems to be more than enough to justify the officers' action. I'm guess if he really said that, you'll catch it on body cam footage if/when released.
No body cams in that department. They do have body mics.
