It isn't clear to me that the parking lot/car dealership shooter is the same one who was running down the street being chased by a gang of thugs who shot in self defense.
Edit: I just read that the police did an illegal arrest of a 17 year old who was the one running down the street
being attacked by the gang of thugs. Not illegal. At 17, it is illegal for him to be carrying a long gun. He had no legal right to show up armed. So there goes any self defense argument. You are totally and completely FULL OF SHCIATT. Regardless of the issue of his age and the AR he has full self defense rights. Like to place a bet on it? The loser allows the winner 30 days to control what is written in the box underneath their user name? Do you know Wisconsin law on this? It will be the state that decides this.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

There is one thing that just doesn't sit right with me about this incident, in the following link there is a zoomed in shot of the shooter down on his right knee; you can clearly see that the Eotech is turned around backwards on his rifle. That strikes me as odd. DailymailMight not be an Eotech but does look similar to one. Actually, the 7th picture down does not look like an Eotech. There are several knockoffs with reversed battery compartment to avoid patent infringement.

Bet he gets a free class to Gunsite. Yep. For a 17 yr old kid, he handled himself and the gun really well. Other than not shooting the "paramedic" that pulled the pistol on him, center of mass, he did as well as any adult could be expected to do especially given the stress and adrenaline of the overall situation. And I'm not sure he wont get off on the car dealership shooting. If I was on his jury, based on Skullworks photo, I would consider someone throwing a molotov cocktail at him to be an assualt with a deadly weapon in which case reciprocating with deadly force would be an appropriate response. If I'm on his jury, I'll walk over and shake his hand and ask if he has enough ammo.
