Can anybody tell anything about the map on outdoor Alabama it’s kind of fuzzy for me! Looks like I may be in zone E but can’t tell for sure!

Call your local DCNR District office or Montgomery to find out for sure. That's the easiest and best way to ensure accuracy.

Looks like the borders are I-20 to the south, HWY 431/21 to the west, and HWY 278 to the north.

Yet another case of 'I wish they woulda left it alone'...

What the dnr really accomplished with this, equates to royally screwing the serious bowhunters out of the best time to bowhunt.

Don't worry, next year it'll be Sep 20 opening in Zone E and a statewide Oct 1 bow opener. Here's to hoping!

How do you figure? We get an early start, and just because gun season opens on 11/7, doesn't mean you can't still bow hunt.

I could, & sometimes do bowhunt after the gun opener. But i'd rather they have left it alone. The whole dynamic changes once the Orange army hits the woods.

I live in Zone E and they haven’t been moving much at all the past few days. Acorns just now starting to fall.
