Yet another case of 'I wish they woulda left it alone'...
What the dnr really accomplished with this, equates to royally screwing the serious bowhunters out of the best time to bowhunt.

What the dnr really accomplished with this, equates to royally screwing the serious bowhunters out of the best time to bowhunt. Don't worry, next year it'll be Sep 20 opening in Zone E and a statewide Oct 1 bow opener. Here's to hoping!

I could, & sometimes do bowhunt after the gun opener. But i'd rather they have left it alone. The whole dynamic changes once the Orange army hits the woods.
