Seeing if anyone has a partial bag of lead shot they no longer need. I don't need a 25lb bag. Size of shot doesn't matter. I'm trying to design a weight to drag along the Tn River bottom while catfishing.

TN,
I like about an 8 inch piece as big as my pinky with a slight curve in it, and use heat shrink to coat it.
Works for me.

I wouldn't waste lead shot, I'd repurpose some pyramid weights or tire weights. You can always throw a little Sb (antimony) in there if you need it harder than what it came from. Just a thought.

I’d give you some but it looks like you’re over 200 miles away.

Let me know, please. Uokman has some as well, but I need enough to play with the design and lake test it.

I checked and all that I have is nickel plated shot and I really don’t want to get rid of it. Good luck
