So how well do y’all really think UA and AU will be watched this weekend? Reason for asking is I had 2 different folks tell me this afternoon how they can’t wait to “watch the Tide roll” this Saturday. I told them both that I was over the whole thing, wasn’t planning to watch at all, and would be doing a work day at the club anyway. He informed me that “Bama kicks off at 6 so you’ll still be able to watch ‘em!” 🙄.

Not even the slightly bit interested. Went there beginning in 1978. Saw national championships the first 2 years under Bear Bryant....Screw them and hope they lose.

Alot of people will still watch because entertainment is about #1 on most peoples priority list in the USA today. Deferred gratification is almost extinct. Its all about what we want right now.

I’m betting there’ll be a bunch give in and watch. I haven’t even considered it.

Ive made some decisions and I reckon ill stand by them till things get back to normal around here. This is just part of it. Ive done without more important stuff for alot less important reasons.

Bama fan here - don’t even know who they are playing. To watch it, would mean that I agree with their position - I don’t, so I won’t. The free time will allow me to do things that will make a difference.

I won’t judge anyone that wants to watch, that’s what is great about America - freedom of choice.

Is there a single network in existence (mainstream) that doesn't have a BLM type endorsement they run on air? Even GRIT does! I'm not going to quit watching that too. Not letting the bastages control my TV, they will however control my vote in an equal but opposite type of way.
