If it’s not clicking then he/she hasn’t hit rock bottom and wants to change. Hope all gets better This. My SIL was a street walking hooker crackhead 20 years ago and my MIL bailed her out over and over. I told my MIL to stop buying her cigarettes and giving her money so that she could hit rock bottom. It took a couple of years before she finally cut the strings and let her go. She eventually checked herself in to a place in Pensacola and got straight. Bailing out true meaning is enabling
