If it’s not clicking then he/she hasn’t hit rock bottom and wants to change. Hope all gets better I agree, and it took me a while to realize that. But I do need to be prepared with options when the conversation arises. He has reached out to me for help in the past, it’s just a matter of time. Thanks for responses I’ll be looking into the few mentioned.
