they can't arrest a 6 year old, or arrest you for him not having a bait license. Tell em to pound sand. No one would get "arrested" but the parent or legal guardian can receive a ticket for a minor's infraction. You’ll find Alabama’s parental responsibility law at Code of Alabama section 6-5-380. This law can be used to hold a parent, legal guardian, or other person liable for certain acts taken by a minor (a “minor” being a person who is under 18 years of age) when: the person has “care or control” of the minor the minor is living with the person, and the person has custody of the minor. That's a "Civil" liability law concerning damages to property. Also when a Warden or any Police Officer issues a Citation(Ticket), you are actually under arrest. Signing the Ticket means you are signing your own bond and agreeing to appear before the Court on whatever date is printed on the ticket.
Romans 8:1-2 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, for the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of Sin and Death"

Regardless of where you live, by signing a traffic ticket you have agreed to pay the citation or appear in court. If you fail to do either, a warrant for your arrest may be issued by the court in the jurisdiction where the ticket was issued.
