Why wouldn’t I? I think most agree a vaccine is a good thing. Most braindead morons, maybe. But not anyone who can think for themselves. We’re you a brain dead moron while you served in the military? Or did you take all the required shots, immunizations, and vaccines as they required? I can assure you, I think for myself, and am very much for individual choice on this subject. I just want to get back to normal. I don’t have much more time with my aging parents.

Itll be a hard pass on the vaccine in my household
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I've taken the full shot for years .
I'll take the covid. Just got to figure out which one will be best for me. Looks like there may three or four I got no argument with anyone who CHOOSES to get the vaccine. The idea of forcing it on people makes my blood boil. Yeah I ain't for forcing either . Kinda like wearing a freaking orange hat.

I dang sure won't be the first in line to take it, but there have been vaccination record requirements for kids going to school K-12, for college and those in the military for years, so wanting individuals to provide proof of vaccination to enter some facilities would not be a huge leap to me.
I suspect that most schools (all levels) and lots of employers will require it eventually, if not immediately, in addition to all healthcare/first responder folks. I'm a first responder. This may be different, but no one in our area has ever required the flu shot. Even the local hospital and ambulance service has an opt out due to "religious beliefs". Now, i did hear this year that the ambulance service did change their rule. Still aren't required, but can't get a raise unless everyone in your department gets the flu vaccine. I wouldn't expect covid to be any different. As far as my job, we'll see, but all my bosses, all the way up, feel like the majority of us do.

The last vaccine I got I was on SRT and it was against blood born pathogens and it was the LAST one I’ll ever get
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself The older I get the better I used to be

So if you already had COVID is there any benefit to getting the vaccine ? I would like to know the answer to this as well. 1) if i already had it, shouldnt i have the antibodies? 2)for those who say you can get it multiple times, what good is the vaccine? If theres someone on here who can explain this, please do.

If theres someone on here who can explain this, please do. COVID is a virus, like influenza. I have not seen any research that says one vaccination will give a person permanent immunity, nor any research that shows how long immunity might last if you contract the virus and recover from it.. The vaccine is new, so I suspect that no-one knows if it will or not, but likely it will not confer permanent immunity. Viruses are notorious for mutating. Just my opinion, but I suspect that COVID will mutate and the vaccine will have to be altered, just as the flu shot is each year, with questionable effectiveness. In reality, at least my reality, it is very possible that annual vaccinations will be offered (read that as required by most or all employers), partly in an attempt to guess which mutation will occur from year to year, partly to make big pharma richer, and partly to further the agenda of those who seek control over others. COVID has been the perfect manipulative device for the media and some others. For over three years Trump was sailing along doing what he promised he would and the country was thriving. A few months before the election, suddenly all the masses hear about from the media is COVID. It was like putting the word "but" in the middle of a statement, negating all of his accomplishments because the media pounded PANDEMIC into the minds of everyone who would listen, 24/7. I have also had the Wuhan flu. Have not yet decided if I will take the vaccine or not. What I do know is that the REAL clinical trials for a drug begin after it starts being administered to the public. Might want to read a bit about thalidomide and phocomelia, which will provide just one reference for this.

GO, not sure the specifics on how or how well the clinical trials were operated, but there has been CT's going on throughout the country. Part of Operation Warp Speed included trailers setup in larger metro areas with some of the vaccine makers administering it.

He’s saying that clinical trials are cool, but long term health effects, such as birth defects, may not be seen for a long time. This is one reason I probably won’t get the vaccine. There have been tons of products out there that have been touted as the next cure, but have caused adverse long term effects that couldn’t be seen in shorter clinical trials.

That's right, many products have had side effects that didn't show up for a long time, so that isn't anything new. What I'm saying is the juice has been administered, and the short-term results have shown good results.

Yes sir! I’ll be first in line! Cannot freaking wait. You gonna have it at the store? I will wait until all of you have taken it and see what it does before I let you give it to me. I will never forget how much I looked forward to the polio vaccine. I grew up with a terrible fear of getting it, and saw what it did to young people. It killed some, but it left many crippled for life. There was a guy who lived up the road from me who was left unable to walk from it. He got around on crutches, and spent most of his time sitting in a general store and talking to people when they came in. I remember being very afraid that was gonna be my life, but the vaccine took that threat away. I remember being very eager to take it, and I guess it gave me a different perspective on vaccines from a lot of younger people. Which reminds me, I need to take another shingles vaccine. It's been 10 years and I don't want the shingles.

I will definitely take it - too many family members with compromised immune systems for me to risk endangering them. I would rather risk it myself, than potentially cause them harm as a carrier.
