But would add this: she and Linn Wood better file a boatload of actual admissible evidence with their lawsuit in Georgia and any other state - or they will lose.
She can no longer just sit back and say we have Earth shattering evidence and not file it in court.

Bare legal claims in court pleading will not suffice.
They can claim whatever they want but without actual evidence FILED in court they will get nowhere.



Her case will also be based on a preponderance of evidence. If half of what she claims to have is what she actually has that should be no problem for her.
